Vendor Rules

If you’re a first-time vendor, please review the rules below that all vendors must follow while vending at the Montgomery Village Flea Market.

1. All vendors will be assigned a spot.
   • Returning vendors will have a labeled spot.
   • First time vendors, please see Nicole Cowell upon entering.
   • Pop-up vendors, please see Nicole Cowell for a spot.
2. No setting up until after 8:00am.
3. No selling of alcohol, weapons, firearms, explosives, or fireworks.
4. Absolutely no fighting.
5. Exit the parking lot by 4:00pm at the latest.
6. Failure to adhere to Vendor Rules may result to removal and/or banning from the Montgomery Village Flea Market.
